The Rural America Project
Rural America Project is a photography project that's grown out of making this film. While shooting in the remote corners of New York State’s Delaware County, we've fallen in love with local people’s stories and their way of life. Farm work, county fairs, town parades, village square dances… Sensibility formed by hard work, tradition, and a close relationship with nature. Every photograph is a glimpse of rural America, and of the people who for generations have lived on the land. Photographs by Vladimir Badikov.
